On 23 November, the European Heart Network organised a conference on Diet, Physical Activity and Cardiovascular Disease Prevention - A Challenge for Europe. This conference arises from the EuroHeart II project which has received co-funding from the European Union, in the framework of the Health Programme.  A summary report and the presentations shown during the conference can be downloaded from this webpage.
