Combating Heart Disease and Stroke - Planning for a Healthier Europe

On 10 September, the European Heart Network and the European Society of Cardiology organised a conference 'Combating Heart Disease and Stroke - Planning for a healthier Europe' in the framework of Work Package 5 of the EuroHeart project.
